No scripted lines. Just what happened on their roofs.

I spotted water staining on my living room ceiling after the big February storm and called Crestview Roofing Co West Covina. Dylan came out, walked the roof with me, and showed me photos of cracked tiles near the chimney flashing before quoting a repair price. The written price was exactly what I paid, and he texted me before-and-after photos the same afternoon.

We needed a full roof replacement on a 1980s ranch house and got quotes from three companies. Crestview stood out because they gave us a written price before any work started and it never changed. The crew replaced the underlayment and installed CertainTeed shingles in two days, then sent a digital invoice by text before I even had to ask. You know exactly who is pulling into your driveway because they tell you.

Our old roof had a leak that two other companies had patched and repatched without fixing. The technicians at Crestview Roofing Co West Covina found the real problem: rotted decking under a poorly flashed skylight from a 2009 addition. They explained the repair in plain English, quoted it in writing, and completed the work in one day. Six months later, no leaks.

I appreciated that when I called at 7 p.m. on a Saturday, an actual person answered and scheduled my estimate. The uniformed tech who arrived was background-checked and professional. My repair was covered by the 365-Day Done Right Promise, in writing, and that gave me real peace of mind when spending money on roof work.

After the windstorm in September tore off a section of ridge cap, I called Crestview Roofing Co West Covina on a Sunday afternoon. A live person took my call, scheduled the visit, and the repair quote arrived the next morning. The technicians used Owens Corning materials to match my existing roof, and the final invoice matched the written price to the penny.

What sold me was The Relay Standard. I knew who was coming, when they would arrive, and what the repair would cost before work began. Dylan walked me through the quote line by line on the phone, and the crew left my yard cleaner than they found it. My GAF shingles matched perfectly, and the work is guaranteed for a full year.
